Using the Smart FAQ by role
Smart FAQ — Botmaster view
Global view
The botmaster sees all Smart FAQs by default, regardless of their status. Screenshot to be inserted
For Smart FAQs awaiting approval, they can quickly see at which level they are by hovering over the status in the left panel: 2 screenshots to be inserted: Expert level and Legal level
Same principle for Smart FAQs with "Rejected" status: the name of the role that rejected it is displayed in a tooltip along with the reason for rejection. Screenshot to be inserted
To identify Smart FAQs that are ready to be published, they can filter by "Approved" status: Screenshot to be inserted

Intervening as an approver in the workflow
In our example workflow, the botmaster intervenes at the beginning and end of the process. One could envisage a more complex workflow in which the botmaster would intervene at a higher level, after Legal for example, to validate and give the publication go-ahead to their manager.
In this case, a Manager role with the same rights as the Botmaster must be created and the Botmaster will have one additional right:
| Smart FAQ authorisations | "Botmaster" role |
|---|---|
| Approve a Smart FAQ | Yes |
Smart FAQ — Subject Matter Expert view
Restricted view
The Subject Matter Expert only sees Smart FAQs assigned to them through the workflow.
They see the mention "Answer to complete" on each Smart FAQ displayed: Screenshot to be inserted
