Conversations
The "Statistics & History > Conversations" page allows you to supervise your digital employee's exchanges in order to detect misunderstandings, routing errors and enrich the knowledge base accordingly.
Interface
The page is organised in two parts:
- Conversation list (left) — conversations from the selected period, from most recent to oldest, paginated by 10. Columns: username, date, time, duration. Click the eye icon to display the details.
- Conversation detail (right) — exchanges of the selected conversation displayed as chat bubbles.
Filtering and searching

| Search | Filter by user account, character string or conversation identifier. |
| Period | Date range selectable from predefined periods or via a calendar. |
| Filters | Advanced options: sorting, classification by message type, hiding short or empty conversations. |
tip
Use the Classification filter to display only conversations containing misunderstandings — ideal for quickly identifying unanswered questions and enriching the knowledge base.
Exporting data
The "Export data" button generates a CSV file of the history according to the filters applied on screen. This file allows you to analyse exchanges in detail and build custom indicators.
