Comments
The "Statistics & History > Comments" page lists comments left by users who responded negatively to the satisfaction question. It allows you to analyse sources of dissatisfaction and improve the digital employee's responses.
This page only displays data if satisfaction measurement is enabled with the comment input option. See the Conversational Satisfaction page.
Interface
The table displays comments from the selected period with the following columns:

| Date | Date and time of the comment. |
| User | User identifier. |
| Initial question | The question asked by the user that led to dissatisfaction. |
| Comment | The comment left by the user. |
| Actions | Access to the detail of the associated conversation. |
Filtering and searching

| Period | Date range selectable from predefined periods or via a calendar. |
| Search | Filter by text within comments. |
| Filters | Sorting options. |
Viewing the conversation
The action available in the Actions column redirects to the Conversations page, positioning directly on the relevant conversation to analyse the full exchange context.
Exporting
The "Export" button generates a CSV file of the conversations containing the comments displayed on screen according to the applied filters.
