Comments

The "Statistics & History > Comments" page lists comments left by users who responded negatively to the satisfaction question. It allows you to analyse sources of dissatisfaction and improve the digital employee's responses.

This page only displays data if satisfaction measurement is enabled with the comment input option. See the Conversational Satisfaction page.

Interface

The table displays comments from the selected period with the following columns:

DateDate and time of the comment.
UserUser identifier.
Initial questionThe question asked by the user that led to dissatisfaction.
CommentThe comment left by the user.
ActionsAccess to the detail of the associated conversation.

Filtering and searching

ControlDescription
PeriodDate range selectable from predefined periods or via a calendar.
SearchFilter by text within comments.
FiltersSorting options.

Viewing the conversation

The action available in the Actions column redirects to the Conversations page, positioning directly on the relevant conversation to analyse the full exchange context.

Exporting

The "Export" button generates a CSV file of the conversations containing the comments displayed on screen according to the applied filters.
