Statistics
The "Statistics & History > Statistics" page centralises all activity indicators for your digital employee. The "Export data" button allows you to download all displayed data.
All charts offer a monthly view (last 12 months) or a daily view (recent period).
Volume and usage
Discover how and when your digital employee is used, to better understand its impact.
Number of conversations
Trend of the number of times the digital employee was launched over the period. A conversation starts with the welcome message and ends when the user leaves the interface.
Number of messages
Trend of the number of questions asked by users. Excluded from this count: satisfaction actions (Yes/No answers, comment input) and "No choice" responses in multiple-choice selections.
Unique users
Trend of the number of distinct users who asked at least one question.
In an authenticated context, a user who connects multiple times in a day is counted once. Without authentication, each session generates a distinct identifier: a visitor who launches the digital employee three times in a day is counted as 3 separate users.
Attendance
Two overlaid curves (this month / last 12 months) help identify usage peaks:
| Chart | Description |
|---|---|
| Peak hours | Distribution of the number of users by hour of the day. |
| Peak days | Distribution of the number of users by day of the week. |
The attendance peak (date and time of maximum activity in the period) is shown below the charts.
Performance
Track the effectiveness of your digital employee: conversation duration and exchange fluency.
Conversation time
Histogram of conversation distribution by duration. Three key indicators are highlighted:
| Indicator | Description |
|---|---|
| Average conversation time | Average duration of all conversations in the period. |
| Longest conversation | Duration of the longest conversation. |
| Shortest conversation | Duration of the shortest conversation. |
Average number of messages per conversation
Average number of messages exchanged per conversation over the period. This indicator reflects the depth of exchanges and the fluency of the digital employee's understanding.
