After activation of the GDPR module:

  1. A set of "Question and Answers" entries associated with the "GDPR" category is added to your existing knowledge base so that users can ask any questions they have about the processing and retention of their personal data, as well as their rights:

    • They are added in "Draft" mode.

    • They must be reviewed and adapted to your usage context and the data purging rules in place, then published.

    Can I request the deletion of my data?

  2. A "GDPR Dictionary" is added to your existing dictionaries. Here is an extract:
