With our RETORIK solution, you give your digital conversational assistant an appearance, business expertise, personality and appropriate behaviour, so as to be closer to your users!

Highly adaptable and feature-rich, RETORIK allows you, via Retorik Studio — its secure web administration application — to implement your digital conversational assistant quickly and independently, to manage it and train it in the specifics of its mission. Retorik Studio is easy to configure and benefits, in its innovative design, from user experience feedback.

The user interface, Retorik Framework, has been designed to integrate with your digital ecosystem without disrupting it. Its embodied, responsive, multimodal (touch, text and voice) and multilingual interface allows you to deploy your digital assistant's services across numerous devices, wherever your target audience is, with 24/7 availability:

  • on site, with a voice and touch kiosk terminal, horizontal or vertical,
  • remotely on their PC from a web browser, with possible integration in "full-screen" mode or in "widget" mode (a limited-size window overlaid on your website),
  • on the move via their smartphone.

Implementing your digital conversational assistant

  • A general presentation of the user interface on each hardware configuration, in voice mode and in text mode, along with a few prerequisites to be aware of,
