Integration Type

The "User Interface > Integration Type" page lets you choose how your digital employee appears on the web.

Integration type selection

Two modes are available:

The digital employee opens in a dedicated new page, visible on all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

This mode is recommended when the digital employee is the primary experience, without coexisting with other content.

The digital employee integrates as an overlay on your existing web page, visible on all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

This mode is recommended for websites that want to offer access to the digital employee without leaving the current page.
