Tourist Points of Interest
POI content types
Standard content types are implemented by default when the "Hospitality" module is activated. They are more commonly referred to as Tourist Points of Interest (POI) as they address the tourism welcome skill. They are accessible from the menu at "Contents > Content definitions > Content types" and there are 6 of them:

POI data structure
These POIs have a data structure made up of content pieces:
| Piece name | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | Display name, technical name and description of the content type. |
| Thing | Set of generic fields found in standard content: category, name, description, unique identifier, image, linked URL, favourite flag. |
| Hospitality | Identifier and display order. |
| Piece with the same name as the content type | Fields specific to the content type. |
| Place | Location identification fields: full address, address broken down into street, postcode and city, contact name, email, phone, GPS coordinates (longitude and latitude), capacity, overall rating, logo. |
| LocalBusiness | Generic data for a professional establishment: accepted currency, opening hours, accepted payment methods, pricing. |
| Localization | Allows creating a content item version for each culture activated in Retorik Studio. |
Intent associated with each POI type
Each POI content type is associated with an intent initialised with a set of phrases to train your digital employee to understand questions such as "I'm looking for a restaurant", "where to sleep?", or "what is there to do nearby?".
These intents are accessible in the "Hospitality > Intents" menu:
