Retorik Studio Home Page

The Retorik Studio home page is the first page you see after logging in. It gives you an instant, at-a-glance overview of your digital employee's activity: conversation volume, user reach, time spent, and quick access to recent exchanges.

Your digital employee's avatar

In the top-left area, your digital employee's 3D avatar is displayed along with their name. This is the visual representation of the agent that your users encounter. To change the appearance or name of your digital employee, go to Digital Employee Identity.

Conversation volume

The "Number of conversations" chart lets you visualize how your digital employee's activity has evolved over time.

  • By default, the view is displayed by month over the last 12 rolling months.
  • The selector at the top right of the chart lets you adjust the display granularity.
  • Hover over the chart to display the exact number of conversations for a given period.

This chart helps you quickly identify usage trends: growth, seasonality, and the impact of a communication campaign or specific event.

Unique users

The "Unique users" chart measures the number of distinct individuals who engaged in a conversation with your digital employee over the selected period.

  • The selector at the top right lets you adjust the displayed time range.
  • This metric complements the conversation count: it lets you distinguish whether activity is driven by many different users or by the same users returning repeatedly.

Conversation time

The "Conversation time" block gives you a quick overview of how long users spend interacting with your digital employee. The displayed period can be adjusted using the selector at the top right.

Three indicators are shown:

IndicatorWhat it tells you
Average conversation timeA representative measure of average user engagement. A high average may indicate rich interactions — or conversely, difficulty in quickly finding information.
Shortest conversationReflects the briefest interactions — often test sessions, abandoned conversations, or very simple cases.
Longest conversationMay signal extended test sessions or particularly complex exchanges worth investigating.

Recent conversation history

The "Conversation history" table lists the latest conversations recorded on your digital employee. For each conversation, you have access to the following information:

ColumnDescription
UsernameThe user's identifier — anonymous or named depending on whether your digital employee is public or requires authentication.
DateThe day the conversation took place.
TimeThe time the conversation started.
DurationTotal length of the exchange.
ViewButton to display the conversation content in the preview panel.
tip

Click the View button on any row to display the exchange directly to the right of the table, without leaving the home page.

To access the full conversation history with advanced filtering tools and export functions, go to Conversation History.

Conversation preview panel

When you click the View button on a conversation in the table, the exchange detail appears in this panel on the right side of the page. You can quickly read the content of an exchange — the digital employee's messages and the users' questions — without navigating to another section.

For deeper analysis (period filters, message classification, knowledge base enrichment, export), use the dedicated Statistics & History section.
