Quick setup
When you first open your project, Retorik Studio guides you through a 6-step configuration wizard to create and preview your digital employee in just a few minutes.
At any point you can switch to Expert Mode via the link in the top right corner to access all advanced settings.
Step 1 — Your digital employee's identity
Give your digital employee a visual and vocal identity.
- Avatar — choose from the available characters (Franck, Gabriel, Jessica, Lucy…). Each avatar offers a Standard and a Large screen rendering.
- Name — the first name displayed to your users.
- Role — the role displayed (e.g. sales advisor, consultant, receptionist…).
- Voice — select a voice from the list and click Listen to a sample to preview it.
- Language(s) — add one or more languages and set the default language.
Step 2 — Knowledge

- Welcome message — write the message your employee will deliver when each user arrives.
- Enable the option Deliver a different message when the user is in text mode if you want to tailor the message by mode.
Step 4 — Interface design
Customise the look and feel of the interface to match your brand.
- Logo — drag and drop your logo or click browse to upload it. It will appear in the top left corner of the interface.
- Colours — set the primary colour of the interface for dark and light backgrounds.
- Background image — choose from the provided gallery or upload your own image (recommended format: 1920 × 1080 px).
